Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By powering on your device, launching the application, or utilizing the provided streaming services, you explicitly agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the service immediately.
2. Nature of Service
607 Streaming ("The Provider") operates as a Managed Service Provider for hardware and technical support.
- What We Do: We provide configured hardware, remote technical assistance, and dashboard management to facilitate your access to media content.
- What We Do Not Do: We do not host, own, create, or control the underlying video content, channels, or server infrastructure. We act solely as a bridge connecting your device to third-party networks.
3. Service Stability & "As-Is" Agreement
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- Uptime: While we utilize high-quality infrastructure (including Cloudflare networks and geo-redundant servers) to aim for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- External Factors: Buffering, channel blackouts, guide data failures, or downtime caused by third-party server maintenance, internet service provider (ISP) interference, or network outages are outside the control of 607 Streaming.
- Backup Systems: As a courtesy, we may provide access to a secondary "Backup" server (Standard Definition) at no cost. This is an optional bonus and is not contractually guaranteed.
4. Subscription Term & Renewals
Your purchase includes access to the network for a period of UP TO one (1) year.
- No Guarantee of Duration: The term "1 Year" represents the maximum possible duration of the active subscription. It does not constitute a legal guarantee that the third-party service will remain active or viable for the full 365 days.
- Renewals: Renewal fees are for the continuation of network access and technical support. All renewal payments are subject to the same "No Refund" policy outlined in Section 5.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of prepaid digital server access, 607 Streaming cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a line has been activated or a device has been configured.
- Cash & CashApp: Payments made via Cash or CashApp are non-refundable.
- Hardware: Hardware (boxes/sticks) is sold as-is. Defective hardware may be exchanged within 30 days at the sole discretion of The Provider, but labor fees for setup are non-refundable.
6. Service Shutdown & Migration Policy
In the event that the primary third-party server network is seized, permanently discontinued, or shuttered for any reason:
- Loss of Subscription: The user acknowledges that the remaining time on their subscription is lost. 607 Streaming is not liable for the value of the lost time and cannot offer pro-rated credits or cash refunds.
- The "Migration Guarantee": To ensure your continued service, 607 Streaming will secure a replacement provider. In this scenario, we agree to waive all labor and reprogramming fees (a reconfiguration value of approximately $50–$75).
- User Responsibility: The user is responsible for purchasing a new subscription plan for the replacement service at the current market rate. We cannot transfer unpaid time from a defunct server to a new one.
7. Remote Support & Privacy
To provide local, high-quality support, our devices may come pre-installed with remote management software.
- Remote Access: You grant 607 Streaming permission to remotely view system status (online/offline) and, when necessary, remotely access the device interface to perform repairs, updates, or maintenance.
- Privacy: Remote access is strictly limited to the maintenance of the streaming device. We do not access other devices on your home network.
